Have you ever had an absolutely spectacular failure? Like it was the encapsulation of your dream and it crashed and burned so hard that you had trouble picking yourself back up? I thought I had to. That is until this past September. Today, I’m going to tell you about the most epic fail of my professional life. It was years in the making, and it failed miserably. I’m going to talk to you about some of what went through my head in the aftermath of that failure, what I did wrong, and some of the silver linings and lessons I learned from that failure. Because, cliche or not, failure is our biggest teacher. And the sooner you can pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try again…the better.
