Summary

The definition of Insanity: "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." We've all heard this. We all know this. Yet, so many of us do exactly this when it comes to achieving our goals. We get a plan in our head and we don't course-correct along the way to our goals...we do the same things OVER AND OVER again an expect to work. Isn't that definition of Insanity?

Well, today, in this quick episode, I'm teaching you about one of my favorite practices - a weekly review and how it's the perfect solution to avoiding this exact pattern that so many of us fall into. Just 30-60 minutes each and every week and you save yourself from repeating the behaviors and habits that are sabotaging you. But you've gotta know what they are, right?!

Today, I'm going to tell you about 3 important questions to ask during your review and HOW to use them! Keep this one handy and relisten to it next Sunday during your weekly review.
