I’m not some productivity guru who’s been obsessed with Notion since day one. I’m a former scientist and burnout coach who had to figure this out fast—during a two-week sprint in fall 2020—because every other tool (seriously—ClickUp, Trello, Evernote, bullet journalling, etc.) I was using was failing me.
