#85 - Being GRATEFUL for the Season You're In

Summary

It's Thanksgiving week and I wanted to talk about something that would tie into this notion of thankfulness and being grateful. But I also was reflecting recently on the fact that this has truthfully been a tough year for me! Sometimes it's been tricky to be thankful and grateful because this year has been struggle after struggle. Growing pains are necessary, but they're not always pleasant! And I wanted to have a candid conversation about that...

So, in today's episode, I'm talking about the seasons of life and how to be grateful for where you're at, even if it doesn't feel good! So, I've got 3 tips today to help you be grateful for the season of life that you're in. We'll talk about what some of the seasons of life are, how to acknowledge (and not resist!) them, even if the season you're in is hard for. We'll talk about self-awareness and finding the lesson in the season you're in! And lastly, we'll talk about not judging your season or where you "should be".

Happy Thanksgiving and I hope that this one resonates!
