The GAME PLAN Systems Audit

For Systems School graduates who've built their Sunday CEO OS and want my eyes on what they've built.

You've done the work. You've moved through the seven modules. You've lived in your Personal OS, your Business OS, and the integration layer in between. You've got a system that works. Mostly.

But something's still off. A workflow that should be smooth keeps catching. A database that looked clean on paper doesn't hold up under real client load. An automation you've been meaning to build keeps not getting built. A part of the system you skipped or rushed through is now the part you keep tripping over.

An automation you've been meaning to build keeps not getting built. A part of the system you skipped or rushed through is now the part you keep tripping over.

That's what the Systems Audit is for.

Here's how it works.

01.
ScoutingReport.

Before we get on a call, you fill out my full Scouting Report. It's a structured diagnostic that maps how you actually work, what's actually broken, where you're leaking time and energy, and what your business needs from your system in the next 6 to 12 months. By the time you finish it, you'll already know more about your own operation than most consultants would after a discovery call.

02.
The Audit Call.

A 2-3 hour working session where we go through your live Notion workspace together, side by side with your Scouting Report. I'm looking at the seams. The friction. The places where the system you built and the way you actually work aren't lining up. Where to tweak. Where to rebuild. Where to leave alone. What to automate. What to NOT automate. The whole map.

03. Your Recommendation

You walk away with a prioritized list of what to change, what to add, what to remove, and what to leave alone. Some you'll be able to do yourself with what you learned in Systems School. Some you'll want me to do for you. That's the next decision.

This isFor Youif…

You've finished Systems School (or you're far enough through it to have a working OS to audit).

You've lived in your system for at least a few weeks. Long enough to know where it bends.

You want a second set of eyes from the person who designed the framework you built it from.

This isNot For YouIf…

You haven't built anything yet. Systems School first. The audit is for tuning what you've built, not skipping the build.

You want me to build it for you. That's a different product. Keep reading.

What if my Needs are Bigger than the audit can solve?

Some audits end with "make these 8 tweaks and you're set." Some end with "your system needs a real rebuild, and you don't want to do that yourself." If you're in the second group, the next step is VIP Day ($3,500). We use your Scouting Report and audit findings as the prep, then I build the changes WITH you in a focused day. The audit fee credits toward VIP Day if you book within 30 days. So the diagnostic isn't wasted spend. It's the first hour of the build, unbundled.
