I have THOUGHTS about this. Because ultimately I feel like there are some misconceptions about balance that I want to set straight. Misconceptions that are both misleading us and that are creating unhealthy expectations for us.

So, in this podcast episode, I'm gonna get REAL about balance. All the things it is and IS NOT, give you some steps for recognizing and responding to issues of balance, and give you some SUPER tangible tips for how to regain your balance when you've lost it!
