Before you Book.
How do I know if I need The Huddle or The Franchise?
The Huddle is one day: we diagnose, build your roadmap, and start the top build. The Franchise is a year-long systems partnership for organizations with a team. Not sure? Book a Kickoff Call and we’ll figure it out.
Is The Huddle just a day of building?
No. Building is part of it, but the real value is the first half: figuring out what’s actually causing the friction before we build anything. Sometimes the answer is a workflow. Sometimes it’s a boundary, a capacity issue, or a business decision. Then we build what matters most and run your real work through it before the day ends. Implementation over inspiration.
Is The Huddle virtual or in person?
Either. Virtual with screen share, or in person at SheWorks (Tacoma) or EmpowerHouse (Puyallup).
How far out can I book?
Up to 90 days. I only take 2–3 Huddles a month, so dates go fast.
Is this only for Notion?
No. It starts with your business. Recommendations might include other tools, automations or integrations, and sometimes the answer is fewer tools.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Choose one when you book The Huddle. A Year of Huddles can be paid in full or in 4 quarterly payments of $1,000.
Can I use my Year of Huddles faster than I pay?
Each Huddle is unlocked by its payment. Pay in full and you can book them on whatever timeline you want. The free 5th Huddle unlocks once all 4 payments are in, and all 5 need to be used within 18 months.
What happens after my Huddle?
You get a follow-up resource with every decision, what we built, and your next steps. We check in at 30 days. From there, it’s your call: run with the roadmap yourself, join Burnout-Proof Business for weekly support, or move into The Franchise.
Does what I paid for my Huddle count toward The Franchise?
Yes. Your $1,000 counts toward it.
What does my team need to commit to in the Franchise?
A point person who owns the system with me, time for your team to show up to training, and a willingness to actually use what we build. Adoption is the whole game.
What happens if I need to cancel, or want a refund?
Huddles can be canceled 48+ hours before your date. For The Franchise, completed work isn’t refunded, but if something isn’t working, I’ll make it right.
