035 - 7 Lessons I Learned as a Manager

This one is for my managers, people thinking about being managers, and even a little bit for those that are being managed to give you a little perspective on what management is like. As many of you know, I stepped down from being a manager in late June of this year. It’s taken me until now to gather my thoughts about what I learned, but here’s my attempt to sum it up—in 7 lessons!
