What counts as an addition vs. a new build?

Adding a view, a property, an automation or a page, or adjusting how something works, is Roster work. A whole new system, like a client portal from scratch or a content engine you don’t have yet, is Training Season or a Huddle.

What happens to unused hours?

They reset each month, so we use them while they’re useful.

How fast do you reply?

Within two business days in The Roster space.

Is this only for Notion?

Most of what I support lives in Notion, but your tools, automations and decisions about your whole stack are fair game. Sometimes the answer is fewer tools.

Why a 12-month commitment?

Because the value is that I know your business, and that takes time to build. It’s worth keeping.
