Sustainable Systems
Get Your Time Back without a Team
In this 3-hour intensive, we BUILD together: your time audit, CEO schedule, and Notion capture-to-action pipeline. No theoryβjust hands-on systems you'll use for years. Includes live workshop Dec 18, Systems Planning Guide, prioritized build order, replay. Finish before the holidays, implement during the quiet week. Clarity beats complexity. Make one plan, build once, move. No more template duct tape or decision fatigue. A system that works with your brain.
But before we dive in, I need you to do a little pre-work. This isn't busyworkβit's going to make sure we spend our time together on what YOU actually need, not what I assume you need.

PRE-WORK QUESTIONS
The Notion companion will be available before the session. For now, just answer these in a doc or notebookβwe'll get you set up Thursday!
PART 1: TIME & BURNOUT AUDIT
1. How many hours per week do you estimate burnout, overwhelm, and chaos are costing you? (Think: time spent hunting for files, indecision about what to do next, task-switching, putting out fires, etc.)
2. What specific tasks or situations make you feel most scattered or overwhelmed? (Examples: Client communication, content creation, managing 10 different tools, not knowing what to prioritize, etc.)
3. On a scale of 1-10, how in control of your time and tasks do you feel right now?
PART 2: SYSTEMS AUDIT
4. What tools/apps are you currently using to run your business? (List everything: task management, calendar, CRM, email, content planning, client management, etc.)
5. Which of these tools are working FOR you? Which are working AGAINST you?
PART 3: SCHEDULING AUDIT
6. Describe your typical week. What does your calendar look like right now? (Be honestβis it chaotic? Back-to-back? Themed? No structure at all?)
7. When do you feel most energized and focused during the day? When do you typically hit a slump?
8. What boundaries do you wish you had in your schedule but don't currently protect? (Examples: No meetings before 10am, Fridays off, stopping work by 5pm, lunch breaks, etc.)
PART 4: PRIORITIES FOR THURSDAY
10. If you could fix ONE thing during our workshop, what would create the most breathing room for you right now?
11. What's your biggest fear or concern about building new systems/changing your schedule? (Examples: "I won't stick with it," "It'll take too much time," "It won't actually help," etc.)
