You’re not new to this
You’re past the how-to Stuff.
You can collect a hundred tutorials and still not know what your whole business needs. That’s the part I help with.
You don’t want someone to take it and build it for you. You want to build it, with someone beside you who knows where it’s all going.

The goal
Systems that feel as good as your business Looks.
Not just organized. Actually satisfying to work inside.
What we’re building together
Five systems. You build them. I Coach.
Home Base
Your CEO dashboard. Open it, know what’s happening, get to work.
no more 14 tabs.Tasks & Projects
Every task shows up with what you need to do it. Made usable, so it actually gets used.
“follow up” is not a task.“That’s what I needed. Yes. Love it.” Bex, on her weekday planning board
Client Experience
Onboarding, delivery and everything a client touches, set up once and run every time.

What connects it all. Your tools pass the work along, so you don’t have to.
the copy-paste era is over.Put all five together and it’s like your business has a whole bench behind you.
From the field
Don’t take my word for It.
I’m glad I followed my instinct and joined… It seriously got me over my hump.
You have to put your own oxygen mask on before you can take care of others. A message that has stayed with me long after my one-on-one coaching sessions ended.
Thank you, Ellyn. I wouldn’t be where I am without you.
If it’s burnout, I will always come back to you.
Ellyn has a wealth of knowledge and is continuously learning new techniques and methodologies to offer her clients. Ellyn will always show up for you and give it her all.
I absolutely loved this, and I’d highly recommend it to fellow business owners feeling stuck in a rut.
Working with Ellyn in her group coaching was life-changing! … Her group coaching program is one of the best things I ever chose to do!
How it works
Here’s what working together Looks like.
- I learn you.Your business, your brain, your real week.
- We map the build. The whole business, in the order that matters.
- You build, I coach.90 minutes every other week, with email or portal support in between.
- Live in it, refine.Keep what holds up. Fix what doesn’t.
build it. live in it. refine it. repeat.
The investment
What Training Season Includes.
Training Season
$1,250per month · 3-month minimum
- A 90-minute 1:1 call every other week
- Email or client portal support between calls
- A build plan for your whole business
- Person and business checks built into every call
Three months is the starting point.
Systems need real weeks run through them. Three months gives us time to build, use and refine, and we can keep going from there.
What happens after?
Keep it running with The Roster, or hand off what’s left to The Dynasty.
Had a Huddle in the last 30 days? $1,000 of it counts toward Training Season, split across your payments.
Is this your play?
Training Season is for You if…
This is for you if
- You have a lot to build and want to understand all of it
- You show up for your part of the work
- You’re not afraid of your tech, even when it’s a mess
This is not for you if
- You want it done for you. The Dynasty →
- You want to learn it on your own. The Systems Academy →
- You only need one thing built. The Assist →
- You want the whole backend mapped in one day. The Huddle →
Questions
Before you Apply.
Do I need to know Notion already?
No, but you shouldn’t be afraid of it. Most of what we build lives in Notion, connected to the tools you already use. Brand new to systems? Start with The Systems Academy.
Can I join if I don’t have revenue yet?
Yes. Apply, and we’ll set clear limits on the call so you know what to expect.
How is this different from The Dynasty?
Training Season is done with you: you build, I plan and coach. The Dynasty is done for you: I build it.
How is this different from a Huddle?
The Huddle is one full day to look at everything and start the top build. Training Season is the months after, when there’s a lot more to build.
Will you be in Slack?
No. Support runs by email or your client portal.
Why me
I’ve been the one holding it all Together.
I’ve never been the disorganized one. I’m the get-shit-done girl, the productivity nerd. My burnout didn’t come from a messy desk. It came from chasing gold stars without asking what was actually right for me.
When I walked away from my Ph.D. and into a business I had no idea how to run, systems became the thing I could trust. Once I built them for my capacity, my rhythms and my actual week, that’s when things stuck.
That’s what I coach. I don’t just hand you tools. You leave understanding every system you built, so you never need me to change a thing.
