#6 - Calm Your Tits

Sometimes we just don't show up as our best selves. We snap at our friends, or significant others. We freak out about bad WiFi and struggle to keep ourselves from drop kicking our laptop across the room. We overreact! It's normal, and it's even more so when things aren't going perfectly. Bottom line, it's easy to be a good person and the best version of ourselves when things are going right and much more difficult when things aren't. Today, I'm going to tell you about some of my recent experiences massively overreacting and not showing up at my best, and, ultimately, the things that have helped me work through those moments. Because, whether we want to admit it or not, sometimes we just need to CALM OUR TITS!
