Intuitive Achievement: Getting off the Hamster Wheel + Achieving without Burnout
Lemme start by saying that 2019 was a rough year in terms of motivation, feeling inspired…all of it! And I didn’t think much if anything would come out of it…
I was burned out because even though I did everything I could possibly think of to manage (and protect) my energy, it was still exhausting. I wasn’t as excited about some of the things that I had spent the last few months being so excited about. So, I did the only thing that I knew how to do…I pushed through it!
Idk about you…but I’ve been the master of just putting my head down and grinding it out. Pushing through any “I don’t feel like it” and just doing the work.
But, I’ve realized that achievement can be SO much more intuitive than that. So much softer. So much easier! And that’s what this blog post is about!
